Cancellation
Policy
* Any
cancellation of a Rental order less then 10 days from contract date will incur a
50% cancellation fee.
*Order CAN NOT be cancelled if item is in
transit.
* All Shipping are at the customers
expense.
*Rental Fee can be used toward the
purchase of a product. The delivery fee is separate & not
applicable.
*Any rental not returned per the
agreed written contract will incur a per diem charge of 10% of the total rental
fee. It is agrees that Said charge will be made on renter's credit card each
day not returned until the List price of each item is reached. At that time
said items will considered SOLD and become the property of the
renter.
*Any damages will be repaired and
charged to renter's credit card. The repair will not exceed the List price of
said item rented.
* NYS Sales Tax must be paid on all
rentals and repairs.
